About Lesson
- From your WordPress Admin Dashboard, go to Pages > All Pages.
- Locate the page you want to edit.
- Hover over it and click “Duplicate This” (provided by plugins like Duplicate Page or Yoast Duplicate Post).
- A new draft copy of the page will be created, often titled like: “Page Name – Draft” or “Page Name – Copy.”
- Open this duplicated page and rename it in the title bar for clarity (e.g., Homepage Test Version).
- Publish it (optional) to test the edits on the frontend before applying them to the live version.
Why this matters: Editing a live page directly can cause layout breaks or content loss. Testing changes first is best practice.
