    How do I log in to the HKCEC CAFM app?

    HKCEC CAFM is an enterprise application available only to authorised employees and service personnel. You must have an active employee account and a valid system licence before you can access the app.

    To log in:

    1. Open the HKCEC CAFM app.
    2. Enter the username or email address provided by your organisation.
    3. Enter your password.
    4. Select Log In.

    If you cannot log in:

    • Check that your username and password have been entered correctly.
    • Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your login details.
    • Confirm that your device has an active internet or authorised internal network connection.
    • Check whether your account has been activated.
    • Contact your system administrator if your account is locked, expired, or does not have a valid licence.

    Do not share your account or password with another user. Each employee should use their own authorised account so that all work activities can be recorded correctly.
